Can you help with my domain?
Yes. We can guide you through connecting a domain you own. Domain registration, email service and any third-party costs are agreed separately.
What happens after launch?
Your website is hosted and maintained according to your plan. Email us with a question or a change request; new features or substantial changes may require a quote.
How do I approve my website?
You’ll receive secure access to a preview. The version you approve is the tested release that is deployed. A later revision requires a new review.
Will I have to learn a website editor?
No. Tell us what you need by email. Client Access is for practical tasks such as intake, files, review, your domain and billing.
Are these websites for real clients?
The gallery contains fictional concept websites demonstrating design directions and interactions. They are not customer endorsements or completed client commissions.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation, hosting end dates, export options and responsibilities will be specified in the agreement before payment. Ask us about your requirements before starting.
