We use inquiry details to respond to you. If you become a client, we use your contact details, business brief, supplied files and project correspondence to deliver and maintain your website. Do not send passwords, card numbers or sensitive personal information through inquiry forms.

Accounts and payments

Client Access uses essential, time-limited session cookies. Secure email links are single-use. Optional Google sign-in uses your email and basic profile to recognize an existing authorized project contact. Payment details are handled by Stripe; the application does not collect your card number.

Service providers

Our service uses hosting and infrastructure providers including Fly.io and Cloudflare, Zoho for business email, Stripe for billing, GitHub for source control, and Parasail for AI-assisted project work. Relevant project content may be processed by these providers to deliver the service. We do not use demo forms to collect real service requests.

Data, access and retention

We restrict project access to authorized contacts and use limited-duration links for private files. We keep information for the purposes described here, operational security and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss the processing of your project content. Some records may need to be retained for security, disputes or legal obligations.

Cookies and website analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in and protect authentication. No advertising trackers are included in this website. Security and operational logs may record technical request information. We do not sell personal information.
